Conference Registration
Conference registration will open on Monday, August 2nd. Fees are the same as last year! Online registration is available at the early-bird rates through October 5th.  After October 5th, registration fees go up to the Late/On-site rate. Online registration can be completed on the following website. Attendees may also fax the Registration Form to 212-460-5460.

* The full conference registration fee includes all sessions, exhibit hall access, opening reception, and conference luncheon. In an effort to control costs, no beverage breaks will be provided unless sponsored.

** REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund through October 5, 2010 less a $35 processing fee.  No refund will be provided after this deadline. All refunds or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

Conference Volunteers
The 2010 NAFSA Regional Conference in Reno needs volunteers to assist with workshops, sessions, and other activities. The NAFSA Conference is a great way to get involved and learn more about the field of international education. Pre-Conference CEP Workshop Registration Fees

> $240 – NAFSA Members

> $385 – Non-members

* The pre-conference CEP fees do not include the registration fee for the conference (access to conference sessions, the exhibit area, opening reception, and Thursday luncheon). Workshops require a minimum of 10 participants by October 5th and if there is still interest, on-site registration will be available. Lunch is not included.

** Please note that CEP Workshops and Conference Sessions may be subject to unexpected cancellations.

Travel Grants
Need help getting to the Region XII conference?  Apply for a Travel Grant!  Funding is available for registration, transportation, lodging, meals, etc.  Stay up-to-date and informed by attending workshops and sessions on the best practices in International Education.  The Region XII conference provides many opportunities for professional development and building a personal network of contacts in the field.

With current economic cutbacks, we realize that many of you may not be able to attend the 2010 NAFSA National Conference in Kansas City.
