Call for Session Proposals
The NAFSA Region XII Conference Team is now accepting conference session proposals for the Annual NAFSA Region XII Conference that will be held at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Sacramento, California from November 1 - 5, 2004.

Deadlines: Early Bird Special – June 25, 2004
Final Deadline – July 9, 2004

Early Bird Special
In order to encourage more participation and to assist our members facing budget cuts, the Region XII team has decided to offer an "Early Bird Special" for session proposals this year. If your session or workshop proposal complies with the following criteria, conference registration will be reduced by 25% for a maximum of three (3) presenters per session. Take advantage of this terrific opportunity to partner with a colleague to create innovative sessions for the upcoming regional conference.

GENERALIST SESSIONS
In addition to typical NAFSA Sectional Sessions (ADSEC, CAFSS, SECUSSA, etc), this year we are also looking for "generalist" sessions related to professional development and training. Ideas that have been suggested are sessions covering:
Grant Writing ® Meeting Planning ®Management Training ®Leadership Training
® Program Development ®Health and Wellness
Please consider contributing to this conference by offering a generalist session that might appeal to all attendees, or solicit someone you know to present a generalist session if they have expertise in a generalist area that might appeal to NAFSAns.
